Full-Service Interior Design & Home Decor | Westchester & Fairfield Counties
Founded in 2000 by Greenwich interior designer Karen Kline, Spice Hill Interiors began as a home-based design studio in Croton on Hudson, offering curated rugs, designer furniture, and custom window treatments through in-home consultations across Westchester and Fairfield Counties.
Over the years, Spice Hill Interiors expanded into full-service interior design, collaborating with homeowners, architects, and builders on new construction, major renovations, and complete home transformations. Projects have included custom kitchens, bathrooms, lighting plans, built-in cabinetry, mantels and other architectural details, each thoughtfully designed to each homeowner’s personal style and lifestyle needs.
Based in Greenwich, Connecticut since 2014, we continue to serve clients throughout Westchester, Fairfield, Putnam, Nassau, the Hamptons, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Mexico.

ABOUT KAREN KLINE
Founder and Principal Designer of Spice Hill Interiors
With over 30 years of experience in residential interior design, Karen Kline brings a thoughtful, highly personalized approach to every project. Based in Greenwich, Connecticut, she specializes in full-service interior design for homes across Westchester, Fairfield, and surrounding areas.
Karen’s work is shaped by formal training and decades of solving real-world design challenges directly with homeowners. Her approach blends an intuitive sense of space with analytical thinking and deep product knowledge—resulting in custom interiors that are both beautiful and livable.
She began her career at a Manhattan architectural firm, where she developed a strong foundation in detailing, materials, and sourcing. As a licensed real estate broker in Port Washington, she saw firsthand how good design enhances both everyday life and long-term property value.
In the 1990s, she offered in-home furniture consultations across Westchester County, helping families make confident, informed choices. In 2000, she founded Spice Hill Interiors, a Greenwich-based interior design studio offering high-quality furnishings and concierge-level service. Her Ossining showroom was recognized by Westchester Magazine in 2008 as Best Interior Decorator and Best Window Treatment Shoppe.
From 2012 to 2022, Karen led national sales for a luxury window treatment manufacturer, sharpening her technical knowledge and furthering her dedication to exceptional client care.
