ABOUT KAREN KLINE

With over 30 years of experience in residential interior design, I bring a seasoned approach to each project - shaped by formal training, practical problem-solving, and decades of working directly with clients in their homes. My education in both law and interior design forms the foundation of my analytical and creative balance.

Much of my career has been spent providing design services through home furnishings showrooms, which allowed me to work on a wide variety of homes. These experiences taught me not only how to create spaces that are inviting and functional, but also how to “read” people — to interpret tastes and priorities, especially those unspoken.

I founded Spice Hill Interiors in 2000 to bring high-quality furnishings and concierge-level design services to a broader audience. Over the years, I’ve collaborated with talented architects, builders, and manufacturers who share my attention to detail and commitment to integrity in material and method. My current focus is helping clients adapt their home environments to evolving lifestyle shifts.

Full-service home décor and interior design is available throughout Westchester, Fairfield, and surrounding areas, including consultations on relocations, downsizing, new construction, and renovations. Services include kitchen and bath design, space planning, custom built-ins and mantels, lighting plans, window treatments, and curated furniture, rugs, wallpaper, lighting, art, and accessories.
